5 Things I Want to Help My Audience With
I want to help my audience grow in their crochet skills with fun and beautiful patterns. I want my audience to have a community where they can share their progress, ask questions, and enjoy the company of other passionate crocheters.
- Provide easy to follow patterns that crocheters from any skill level will enjoy
So many people struggle to enjoy crochet because reading patterns seems like learning a whole new language. I want my audience to be able to enjoy the process of crocheting and feel proud of their accomplishments.
2. Recommend other amazing crocheters to provide inspiration and help spark creativity
There are so many fantastic crocheters out there, all bringing their own great ideas and creations to life. I strive to find the cutest amigurumis, gorgeous blankets, and great crochet decor to my audience to help ignite their creative flame!
3. Help bring crocheters together to share ideas, give each other tips, and form friendships
I love learning from other crocheters! I want to build a community of crocheters that desire to share their wisdom with newer crocheters, inspire others with their WIPs, and form friendships from around the world through a hook and yarn!
4. Share my own experiences with crocheting to offer another perspective, helpful insight, and sometimes just a good laugh
Many crochet blogs that I’ve seen are run by moms and older women, but I want to expand the world of crochet to the younger generation! As a newly engaged woman, almost graduated college student, and crochet enthusiast since the age of thirteen, I want to bring my experiences to the table in hopes of offering a new perspective for other crocheters like myself.
5. Offer a cozy atmosphere where people can feel like they are sitting around their living room crocheting and chatting with their best friends
The internet can be an aggressive and sometimes depressing place to be sometimes, but I believe that the internet gives us an opportunity to share our loves and wisdom with others that we would never be able to meet otherwise! I hope that my little cozy part of the internet offers my audience a chance to unwind, grab their hook, and enjoy some time chatting and learning from other wonder crocheters.
Conclusion
Crocheting has always been such an amazing source of relaxation and creativity for me, and I want to share that with others! Not only is it a great outlet for yourself, but it can be a beautiful gift or donation to others around you! And with the endless numbers of patterns out there and the many to come in the future, the sky’s the limit! With crochet, you never stop learning.
