12 Farmhouse Kitchen Crochet Patterns You Must Try

Recently, I’ve been falling IN LOVE with the homely farmhouse aesthetic. The gingham, the florals, and especially the chickens! Something I love about the farmhouse style is the emphasis on making your kitchen a beautiful and fun place to be. I don’t know about you, but I find it so easy to crochet outfits, blankets, or coffee table coasters and completely forget about the place I spend so much of my time in… the kitchen! Why aren’t we bringing our love of crochet into our gathering spaces? Who else thinks we are just a couple kitchen crochet patterns away from having the cutest farmhouse cooking area ever? Let’s jump in!

Potholders

Potholders are great for keeping your tables and countertops heat stain free, but they don’t have to be boring! Pop a few hooks on your backsplash and you’ve got a perfect place to display your beautiful potholder kitchen crochet patterns!

I am a little obsessed with strawberries lately and as soon as I saw this crochet potholder from Spare Room Arts Shop I knew it had to be included! These appliques make this potholder nice and flat, perfect for your hot dishes!

Looking for something more textured or simplistic? High Desert Yarn is here for you! These stitches are great for beginners or those looking for some quick and easy crochet kitchen patterns!

This potholder from One E Pattern at a Time is a beautiful combination of florals, cottagecore, and vintage! This feels like one of those placemats or crochet kitchen patterns in your grandma’s attic that is coming back into style! Who else is jumping on the old lady train?

Coasters

If you want a quick scrap project or an easy housewarming gift, coasters are a great way to go! I firmly believe that you really can’t have too many coasters.

One of my very first patterns were these A Cup of Sunshine Coasters and I still can’t get enough of them! Do you like to mismatch your coaster colors or keep them all the same?

These coasters from Hygge Crochet Co literally look like a bouquet of flowers! What color flowers would you choose for these gorgeous beauties?

I pulled these The Berry Best Strawberry Coasters out again this summer and I’m in love with them all over again! If you need some quick kitchen crochet patterns, this one is a must try!

Gotta have some chickens on this list! This coaster from Happily Patterns Shop is just the cutest thing! Do you have any chickens of your own? Have you crocheted any before? What colors are they?

Other Goodies

Potholders and coasters not your fancy? Not to worry! Here are a few various kitchen crochet patterns that I think you’ll love!

Have you tried using cotton dishcloths before? I love this textured design from Crochet 365 Knit Too! These are a great way to reuse and ditch those boring paper towels!

I love saving my grocery bags, but I never have a good way to store them! Craft Cozy Designs Shop is thinking ahead and created this fun and quirky pineapple bag for just that problem! Love it!

These little roosters from Crochet 365 Knit Too‘s wine bottle holder are screaming farmhouse decor! Know anyone who would love this bag cozy?

As someone who CONSTANTLY has to pick up my kitchen towels from my mischievous kitties, this towel holder from Simply Made by Erin is genius! Would you try one of these?

Now, one could argue this water bottle holder from Crochet 365 Knit Too shouldn’t be included with these kitchen crochet patterns, but hear me out. When you are walking around the kitchen working, you aren’t thinking of getting in your eight glasses of water… but what if that water was right against your hip? Am I crazy or is this the best idea ever?
